DMs and group DMs are encrypted using the MLS protocol (via OpenMLS). Messages are encrypted on your device before they leave — the server never sees plaintext.
Emails are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and looked up via HMAC-SHA256 blind indexes. We can verify your identity without storing your email in plaintext. Passwords are Argon2-hashed.
No analytics scripts, no behavioral tracking, no ad tech. We don't collect data about how you use the app.
Set a timer on DM conversations. Messages are deleted server-side when the timer expires — no ghost copies.
